What to include. It saves a round trip if you send: your device model (e.g. Pixel 8a), your Android or iOS version, the app version (Play Store → Arrow Puzzle → About), the level number, and what you expected to happen versus what did. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a paragraph.

Common questions

An arrow won’t move when I tap it

An arrow can only leave the board if nothing blocks the straight path between it and the edge it points at. If anything sits along that line — including a part of a long arrow — the tap counts as a wrong move and costs a heart. Pinch out to see the whole board and trace the path before tapping.

I ran out of hearts

You can start the level over, or spend coins to continue from where you were with fresh hearts. Coins come from clearing levels, daily rewards and your play streak.

The hint button says I don’t have enough coins

Hints cost coins and there’s a small cap on how many you can use in a single attempt at a level, so the game stays a puzzle. Clear a level or collect a daily reward to top up.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored on your device only — there is no cloud save yet. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or moving to a new device will reset it, and unfortunately we can’t recover it from our side.

I’m not getting daily reminders

Check Settings → Apps → Arrow Puzzle → Notifications is enabled, and that battery optimisation isn’t restricting the app. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they also stop if the app is force-stopped until you next open it.

The game asked me to update

Some updates fix issues we can’t work around in older versions, so the app asks for them before you continue. Updating from Google Play resolves it.

How do I request a feature, or report a level that seems impossible?

Email us the level number and a screenshot. Levels are generated and checked for solvability, but if one looks wrong we want to see it.
