These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arrow Puzzle mobile game (“the App”), published by InningsApps.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the App; modify, reverse engineer or decompile it except where that right cannot be lawfully restricted; or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law or the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
The App is distributed through Google Play and, where applicable, the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to that store’s terms. We are not responsible for the store, your device, or your network connection.
The App includes virtual items with no real-world value — for example coins, gems, hearts, hints and daily rewards. These are part of the game only. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App, and they are not your property.
Game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or losing or resetting your device will delete your progress. We cannot restore it.
We may adjust game balance, reward amounts, prices in virtual currency, or the availability of features in future updates.
Some versions of the App may offer optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Watching is always your choice, and never required in order to keep playing. Ads are supplied by third parties, and we do not control and are not responsible for their content. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to interfere with the App or its supporting services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to them, tamper with game data or virtual balances, or use automation, emulation, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or to generate artificial ad impressions.
We may release updates, change features, or stop supporting the App or particular devices or operating system versions. Some updates may be required in order to keep playing. We do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free.
The App, including its code, artwork, level designs, audio, name and logo, is owned by InningsApps.com and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost game progress, virtual items, or data, arising out of your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may have statutory consumer rights that these Terms do not affect.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
